Apart from the intrinsic advantages of IR imaging, Hikvision thermal cameras also feature three innovative functions for better environmental adaptability: Auto Gain Control (AGC), Digital Detail Enhancement (DDE), and 3D Digital Noise Reduction (DNR).
AGC adjusts the dynamic range of the image to make the picture retain helpful permeability; DDE, based on an algorithm for a region of interest, renders more detail in the on-screen image; and 3D DNR further minimizes the influence of “hot pixels”, making images appear even sharper.

Deep learning-based and dynamic fire source detection take advantage of Hikvision’s security big data, containing over 100,000 samples of global climate information to provide the highest possible detection accuracy.
